Nations entered to compete are: Austria, Belarus, Bulgaria, Chile, Finland, France, Great Britain, Greece, Hungary, Israel, Japan, Kazakhstan, Liechtenstein, Mexico, the Netherlands, Portugal, Russia, Serbia, Slovakia, Spain, Switzerland, Ukraine and Uzbekistan.
