The artistic swimming competition at the 2023 Asian Games is held from October 6 – 8 in Hangzhou, China.

This competition is part of the 19th Asian Games. The official website of the entire event is available here.

It serves as an Olympic qualifier for the Asian continental quotas. The top team with the best combined results (technical + free + acrobatic) will earn a spot to the Paris 2024 Games. Its duet will also automatically qualify.

Another quota is available in the duet event. The top pair with the best combined results (technical + free) not yet qualified through the team will earn a spot to the Paris 2024 Games.

Participating nations are: China, Hong Kong, Japan, Kazakhstan, Macau, North Korea, Singapore, South Korea, Thailand, and Uzbekistan.
