Career Highlights
Competed at five World Championships (2017, 2019, 2022, 2023, 2024) as well the 2016 World Junior Championships… Compete in the Asian Games in 2018 (duet, team) and 2023 (duet)… Has been part of South Korea’s senior duet since 2016.
2024: Finished 10th in technical duet and free duet at the World Championships, and helped qualify South Korea to the Olympic Games in this event.
2023: Placed fourth in duet at the Asian Games… Finished ninth in technical solo, as well as 13th in technical duet and free duet at the World Championships… Competed in two World Cups – Markham and Montpellier.
2022: Finished 12th in technical duet and technical solo, 14th in free solo and 15th in free duet at the World Championships… Also competed in the World Series #1 and #3, both held virtually, in these events.
2021: Placed sixth in team and 17th in duet at the Olympic Games Qualification Tournament… Also competed in the World Series #4 and the Super Final.
2020: Did not compete internationally due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the cancellation of all meets.
2019: Finished 15th in technical solo, 16th in free solo, 17th in technical team, 18th in free team and 31st in technical duet at the World Championships… Also competed in the World Series legs in Canada and Japan.
2018: Ranked sixth in duet and team at the Asian Games… Also swam at the Japan Open.
2017: Finished 16th in technical solo, 19th in free solo and 27th in free duet at the World Championships… Also competed at the French Open.
