Nations in attendance are: Argentina, Aruba, Australia, Chile, Colombia, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Finland, France, Germany, Great Britain, Greece (confirmed not the A duet), Israel, Italy (B team), Kazakhstan, Liechtenstein, the Netherlands, Russia, San Marino, Singapore, Slovakia, Spain (mixed duet only), Switzerland,  Turkey, Ukraine, the U.S., and Uzbekistan.
